You will choose a Ramen that you want to make from the menu.

You will prepare the toppings for your own Ramen.

We measure the amount of noodles and then boil them.

We put the sauce into a bowl, then put the chicken fat in and pour the soup over the top.

After placing the cooked noodles into the bowl, we finish by arranging the prepared toppings on top completing the dish.

You can also make a Chashu Bowl as a set with ramen.
(We take your preferred amount of rice, chop the Chashu, place it on top of the rice, pour sauce over it, and then sear it with a burner. Finally, we garnish it with green onions and other toppings, and it’s ready.)

②Ramen+Handmade Gyoza (Dumpling) Plan ¥4,500

① Ramen Experience Plan will be proceeded in the same order for the Ramen making section.

We will make Gyoza. We mix together the pre-prepared ingredients such as minced meat, vegetables, sauce, and then wrap them with dumpling skin.

The steamed Gyoza will be fried in a frying pan.
STEP
Afterward, you can enjoy eating it, take photos, and the experience will be finished.
③Ramen making master course ¥10,000
・We make the soup, sauce, noodles, and Chashu from scratch. The basic options are soy sauce ramen or salt ramen. If you have any specific preferences, please send us a message in advance, and we will accommodate your request.
Please understand that depending on the content, we may not be able to accommodate requests for dishes that require excessive time, such as the soup. (For example, a rich soup like our chicken and pork bone soup takes more than 10 hours to prepare, so it may not be possible to make it from scratch.)
