Our mission for homemade noodles

At our store we believe “The only way to have the title of a Ramen restaurant is to make the noodles from scratch”. With this at heart, every morning we make and prepare our noodles. We obtain and partially use noodles from noodle manufacturers which are obviously delicious. However, we believe that our own noodles truly draw out the taste of our soups.  

Our mission for Savory soup

The pork bone broth used in our standard Tori Tonkotsu Ramen is made from fresh chicken and pork bones, carefully simmered for more than 8 hours. This flavorful and savory soup has received great praise. 


Our mission for food safety and assurance

We strive to serve ramen that even children can enjoy. With this in mind, we do not use any artificial ingredients. We want everyone to feel assured by our simple ingredients and enjoy the authentic flavors.   


Our attention to chopsticks

We use unbleached, preservative-free disposable chopsticks. The chopsticks are made from cedar wood. Cedar wood has antibacterial and calming effects, which allows us to confidently offer food safety and security.
